I love spam but I have never ever seen spam spread in my life. But if you want spam to be truly good you need to cook it in a pan.

THe only spam is the kind you can slice and fry! That’s good spam! It’s very popular in Hawaii and they make some tasty dishes with it.

Lot of dumb ass Americans wisecracking on here. Brits old enough can remember how much they loved Spam in WW II because it literally is spiced and chopped ham.

Spam needs to be fried to be edible. If fried properly, it can actually be quite nice. It’s very popular amongst Hawaiians.

We had these when I was young along with Spam. Things were different then the money had to last so this type of food was purchased. When you're hungry enough you'll eat anything.

It was developed in 1937 and was served to US troops in WWII. The spreadable meats are fantastic with cheese and crackers.

Sliced thinly & coated in batter, dipped in breadcrumbs then fry the slices.

Serve them in a slightly toasted Brioche bun, adding wild rocket salad, grilled sweet onions and a tomato slice.
